I always choose the safer way. Let's prepare homemade crackers. They can be dried in a frying pan, lightly sprinkled with sunflower oil, or cooked in the oven, without using oil, and dried until golden brown. Trim hard crusts around a slice of bread. Cut the crumb into cubes, sticks or strips. For croutons, do not use fresh bread; it will crumble when slicing. Place in a heat-resistant form and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 190-200 degrees.

For the salad, buy good quality ham, preferably from a trusted manufacturer. Cut into thin strips or cubes. Place the chopped ham directly into the salad bowl.

Now let's prepare the tomatoes. For salads, I prefer to use homemade tomatoes, which have more pulp than juice. If you use juicy tomatoes, a lot of liquid will form in the salad, which is not very good to eat. Rinse the tomatoes and dry with a paper towel. Cut into two halves.
