Fry without adding oil in a small frying pan with a non-stick coating (this is a distinctive feature of making pancakes), which can accommodate only one pancake with a diameter of 10–14 centimeters. You will need:

  • two chicken eggs;
  • vanilla sugar - 5 g;
  • kefir - 0.5 l;

  • sugar - 50 gr.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour kefir into a saucepan and heat over low heat.
  2. Immediately pour baking soda into it.
  3. When the mixture heats up, the soda rises in large bubbles, remove the kefir from the heat.
  4. Break raw eggs into the kefir mixture.
  5. Add granulated sugar and vanillin.

  5. Lightly stir the entire mixture with a whisk. Do not try to vigorously knead a homogeneous dough. In this case, the pancakes will sag during frying. It's better to leave some lumps.
  6. The result was a dough as thick as sour cream.
  7. Spray the bottom of the pan with oil and heat it.
  8. For one pancake, pour a little less than half a glass of batter into the pan.
  9. As soon as a crust forms on the edges of the treat, turn the pancake over to the other side.

Banana pancakes with kefir

  • one banana;
  • kefir - 0.2 l;

  • soda - 10 g;

How to make pancakes with kefir without eggs:

  1. Pour kefir into a deep cup, add sugar, soda and salt. Shake the liquid with a whisk. Leave the mixture aside for 10 minutes.
  2. During this time, the kefir will fill with bubbles.
  3. Add flour there and pour oil. Now mix everything thoroughly.
  4. In 10 minutes we begin baking American pancakes.

I came across the recipe on the Internet. I was interested, although I already had a favorite recipe. And at that moment I also had eggs in stock, but I became curious how much they would differ in taste. Yes, and I have periods when there are no eggs, but I want tasty treats.

In general, I decided not to guess, but to try. True, according to the recipe, the dough was kneaded with milk, and I had a glass of kefir. But I think that in this case it did not play a global role. From personal experience I will say that pancakes can be made from any dairy and fermented milk products.

Well, now, the actual recipe.
The quantities of ingredients are based on one glass of liquid.

1 stack kefir,
1 tsp. soda,
2 tbsp. l. Sahara,
a pinch of salt,
1 tbsp. l. starch,
1 stack flour
1-2 tbsp. l. rast. oils

Pour kefir into a bowl, pour soda into it and leave for a few minutes so that the soda is extinguished. If milk is used, the soda must be quenched with vinegar. Add sugar, salt, starch to kefir, mix, and then flour.
The consistency of the dough should be thick, but fluid, so that you pour it into the pan and not spoon it. If the dough suddenly turns out too thick, add more liquid. And at the end we add the plant to the dough. oil, mix well and leave while the pan heats up.
