Alas, but you can't fly dragons. Formally, our hero will fly a dragon during the passage of the main Skyrim quest. After capturing the dragon Odahviing in the quest Fallen, the passage of which is also on the site, we will be able to ride it to the lair of Alduin himself. But you should not count not only on the possibility of a controlled flight, but also on the opportunity to see it with your own eyes. The game will simply put us in front of the fact that the flight has been successfully completed, and you can leave the aircraft along the ladder, more precisely along the wing of the ancient dragon. To be honest, I expected to at least see part of the Skyrim landscape from the height of a dragon's flight, but only the view from the high mountains is available to us.

After all, it was this magical ability that allowed the heroes in rpg Morrowind to fly, sometimes even rapidly, because the speed parameter was taken into account. So that in Skyrim, our hero is securely chained to the ground, and only gliding from a high cliff on horseback can give a feeling of free fall, albeit at the expense of the life of an unfortunate animal. The dragons themselves hover in large numbers, fly, dive in Skyrim, they can beautifully and successfully attack a mammoth, land on the roof of the nearest house. In general, they have no problems with loitering and performing simple aerobatics. Our hero adopted only the ability to emit dragon cries, he did not learn to fly. The brave dragon fighter has not succeeded in training these creatures, no one shows a desire to ride the character or become his faithful air flier. There is little hope that a full-fledged dragon flight mode will be implemented in one of the full-fledged add-ons for Skyrim. Skyrim fan plugins can also help, although in this case there is a danger of a not too smooth implementation, and enthusiasts can completely delay the deadlines.

Spells do not require a pumped "Witchcraft" skill, the spells of the "Beginner" level themselves are cast from one hand and consume 42 mana per second. The dragon is summoned for one minute, but if you ride it with a shout, it will not disappear for as long as you sit on it.

P.S. Plugin development started long before Dragonborn was released. I relied on the fact that the dragon could be controlled freely, like, for example, a horse. The way the flight control is implemented made me terribly upset, but I still decided to release this plugin in the hope that the modders would redo the control.

I don't know what it has to do with it, maybe the size of the dragons. In any case, other plugins that allow you to summon dragons also have a similar problem. If the cast fails, move the scope to another place, in general, try to aim at the places where the grass grows.

AT) After the summoned dragon disappears, I get its soul. Is it normal?
O) Yes, because technically, after the allotted time, the summoned creature dies. I don't know how to disable soul retrieval from summoned dragons.
